Our attic angel community is a warm and friendly place of exceptional living for those who live here work here volunteer and generously support our mission. Attic angel association is a not for profit independent organization of volunteers who improve the quality of life within dane county.

Attic angel association the volunteer and fund raising arm of attic angel community has been the wind beneath the wings of community service in madison since 1889. Members meet health and human service needs through volunteer and financial support with special concern for children and the elderly. Active members are required to volunteer a certain number of hours each year. John hart state journal in 1898 a brilliant assemblage of dancers in beautiful costumes filled the floor of a madison gymnasium decked out in red white and blue for a grand ball.

This allows angels to fully engage in our community try new things and understand resident needs on a deeper level. The first attic angels descending from their attic with armloads of goods to share focused on the health and human service needs of children. We re always interested to know what s on the minds of those who care. Angels attic is a 501 c 3 non profit accepting teenage volunteers over aged 16 for community service hours needed for high school clubs honor societies scouting projects and certain approved teen court offenses.
